Dean Joanisse (New Westminster, BC) run at the 2015 Weatherford Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-2 loss to Josh Heidt (Kerrobert, SK). of the 2015 Weatherford Curling Classic in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada; Joanisse advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-1 win over Jason Ackerman (Regina, SK). of the 2015 Weatherford Curling Classic in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada;

Joanisse finished 4-1 in the 22-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Joanisse lost 7-6 to Kevin Wunderlin (Biel, SUI), then responded with a 8-7 win over Mike Eberle (Regina, SK). Joanisse won 11-2 against James Gordon (Estevan, SK), then won 7-3 against Jeff Hartung (Langenburg, SK) and 4-2 against Mark Walter (Estevan, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Joanisse earned 17.278 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Weatherford Curling Classic, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 37th place overall with 112.257 total points. Joanisse ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 87.047 points earned so far this season.
