Koe finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe defeated Jamie King (St. Albert, AB) 9-4, then won 7-5 against James Pahl (Edmonton, AB) and 7-2 against Brock Virtue (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Alberta Boston Pizza Cup Championship title, Koe earned 13.680 world rankings points, remaining in 4th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 7.68 after improving upon their best so far this season. Koe ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 125.730 points earned so far this season.
