Calvert finished 9-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Calvert lost 8-6 to Felix Asselin (Montreal, QC), then responded with a 6-5 win over Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS). Calvert won 11-6 against Mac Calwell (Belleville, ON), then won 21-3 against Kane Komaksiutiksak (Rankin Inlet, NU) and 8-5 against Paul Henderson (Victoria, BC). Calvert won 8-3 against Greg Smith (Stephenville, NL), then won 6-3 against Hersikorn and 6-4 against Rene Comeau (Fredericton, NB). Calvert won 5-4 against Tanner Horgan (Sudbury, NONT), then won 7-3 against Karsten Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Canadian Junior Mens Championship Championship title, Calvert earned 8.000 world rankings points. For week 23 of the event schedule, Calvert did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Calvert ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
