Grattan finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Grattan defeated Wayne Tallon (Fredericton, NB) 9-6, then won 9-4 against Mike Kennedy (Grand Falls, NB) and 8-3 against Grant Odishaw (Moncton, NB). Grattan won 5-4 against Andy McCann (Fredericton Junction, NB), then won 7-4 against Mallais. Grattan went on to lose 8-5 against Terry Odishaw (Saint John, NB). Grattan lost 6-4 to Vaughan in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the New Brunswick Tankard Final 8, Grattan take home 2.500 world rankings points, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 41st place overall with 41.226 total points.
