William Lyburn (Winnipeg, MB) won 6-5 over Jared Kolomaya (Stonewall, MB) in the Final of the Safeway Championship Berth Bonspiel, held November 28 - 30, 2014 in Neepawa, Manitoba. To advance to the championship game, Lyburn won 10-3 over Kelly Marnoch (Carberry, MB) in the semifinals of the 2015 Safeway Championship Berth Bonspiel in Neepawa, Manitoba;

Lyburn finished 2-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lyburn defeated Geoff Trimble (Gladstone, MB) 8-4, then won 7-6 against Bob Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Safeway Championship Berth Bonspiel Championship title, Lyburn earned 2.500 world rankings points, moving up 5 spots the World Ranking Standings into 52nd place overall with 31.591 total points.
