Schoepp went on to lose 8-3 against Binia Feltscher (Flims, SUI). Schoepp responded with a 7-5 win over Lene Nielsen (Hvidovre, DEN). Schoepp won 8-6 against Linda Klimova (Prague, CZE). Schoepp went on to lose 9-6 against Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS). Schoepp lost 10-2 to Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO). Schoepp lost 5-4 to Sanna Puustinen (Hyvinkaa, FIN) where Schoepp responded with a 7-6 win over Iveta Stasa-Sarsune (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.

Schoepp earned 8.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 52nd place overall with 22.983 total points. Schoepp ranks 49th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 11.325 points earned so far this season.
