Tommy Sullivan (Halifax, NS) qualified for the 2014 Truro Cashspiel playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-4 against Mike Kennedy (Edmunston, NB). of the 2014 Truro Cashspiel in Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada;

Sullivan finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sullivan lost 8-1 to Brent MacDougall (Halifax, NS), then responded with a 7-2 win over Nick Hilton (Yarmouth, NS). Sullivan won 7-2 against Alan O'Leary (Halifax, NS), then won 7-6 against Robert Mayhew (Wolfville, NS) and 7-5 against Jamie Danbrook (Halifax , NS) in their final qualifying round match.
