Suzanne Birt (Charlottetown, PEI) run at the 2014 Curl Atlantic Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-5 loss to Kathy O'Rourke (Charlottetown, PEI).

Birt finished 3-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Birt defeated Marie Christianson (St. John's, NL) 6-5, then won 6-5 against Kelly MacIntosh (Dartmouth, NS). Birt went on to lose 5-3 against Sylvie Robichaud (Moncton, NB). Birt responded with a 8-0 win over Sarah Rhyno (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.

Birt earned 0.750 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Curl Atlantic Championship, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 58th place overall with 11.850 total points. Birt ranks 21st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.750 points earned so far this season.
