In their opening game, McCormick defeated Kate Bert (St. Paul, MN) 7-6, then won 9-5 against Melissa Runing (Mankato, MN) and 11-4 against Cassie Potter (Saint Paul, MN). McCormick won 6-1 against Tracy Lindgren (St. Paul, MN). McCormick went on to lose 8-5 against Lank in their final qualifying round match.
