Dezura finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dezura lost 4-2 to Ken McArdle (New Westminster, BC), then responded with a 8-1 win over Scott DeCap (Victoria, BC). Dezura won 12-3 against Peter Nielsen (Vernon, BC), then won 5-4 against Se Hyeon Seong (Uiseong, KOR) and 4-3 against Bottcher in their final qualifying round match.
 
Dezura earned 3.675 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Hub International Crown of Curling, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 52nd place overall with 24.625 total points.
