Eriksson went on to lose 7-5 against Johnny Jahr (Hamburg, GER). Eriksson lost 6-3 to Ulsrud where Eriksson responded with a 7-6 win over Evgeniy Arkhipov (Moscow, RUS). Eriksson went on to lose 5-3 against Jiri Snitil (Prague, CZE). Eriksson responded with a 9-4 win over Rasmus Stjerne (Hvidovre, DEN). Eriksson went on to lose 8-6 against Peter de Cruz (Geneve, SUI). Eriksson responded with a 6-2 win over Kevin Koe (Edmonton, CAN). Eriksson won 11-4 against Yusuke Morozumi (Karuizawa, JPN), then won 6-5 against Rui Liu (Harbin, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the World Curling Championship, Eriksson take home 35.000 world rankings points. Eriksson move up 4 spots after posting a net gain of 31.1 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 15th overall with 172.801 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Eriksson ranks 13th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 111.415 points earned so far this season.
