Pottinger won 9-5 against Gabrielle Coleman (Seattle, WA), then won 11-1 against Caitlin Maroldo (Rochester, NY) and 8-5 against Abigayle Lindgren (Grand Forks, ND). Pottinger went on to lose 6-5 against Alexandra Carlson (Wayzata, MN). Pottinger responded with a 9-8 win over Spatola. Pottinger went on to lose 8-5 against Courtney George (Duluth, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the USA National Championship, Pottinger take home 17.500 world rankings points, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 26th place overall with 81.105 total points. Pottinger ranks 18th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 58.055 points earned so far this season.
