In their opening game, Krause defeated Ulrik Damm (Taarnby, DEN) 9-5, then won 9-2 against Bent Kristoffersen (Esbjerg, DEN) and 10-4 against Mikael Qvist (Gentofte, DEN). Krause won 6-4 against Torkil Svensgaard (Hvidovre, DEN). Krause went on to lose 11-3 against Tommy Stjerne (Hvidovre, DEN). Krause lost 6-5 to Stjerne. Krause lost 7-6 to Jensen in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Danish National Championship, Krause take home 2.500 world rankings points. For week 25 of the event schedule, Krause did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Krause ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
