Caryl Sallows (Grande Prairie, AB) lost 7-5 to Glen Godberson (Fort St John, BC) in the Final of the Pomeroy Inn & Suites Peace Tour Championship - Challenge, held January 3 - 5, 2014 in Sexsmith, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Sallows won 8-2 over Doug Small (Grande Prairie, AB) in the semifinals
 
Sallows finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sallows lost 5-3 to Dustin Turcotte (Falher, AB), then responded with a 6-4 win over Kayla Skrlik (Grande Prairie, AB). Sallows won 9-2 against Kevin Young (Fort St John, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
