Scott finished 7-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scott defeated Tracey Jones (Prince George, BC) 7-2, then won 7-4 against Allison MacInnes (Abbotsford, BC) and 7-4 against Marla Mallett (Surrey, BC). Scott won 8-6 against Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC), then won 10-6 against Shawna Jensen (Victoria, BC). Scott went on to lose 6-5 against Amy Gibson (Vancouver, BC). Scott responded with a 7-3 win over Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC). Scott won 6-4 against Sarah Wark (Victoria, BC). Scott went on to lose 6-3 against Van Osch in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the BC Scotties, Scott take home 2.500 world rankings points, dropping 1 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 22nd place overall with 100.500 total points. Scott ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 33.500 points earned so far this season.
