To advance to the championship game, Scoffin won 8-7 over Daylan Vavrek (Dawson Creek, BC) in the semifinals of the 2014 Alberta Juniors in Leduc, Alberta;
 
Scoffin finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Scoffin lost 6-4 to Kenton Maschmeyer (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 10-3 win over Aiden Procter (Edmonton, AB). Scoffin won 12-5 against Jeremy Harty (Calgary, AB), then won 7-5 against Vavrek and 7-3 against Scott Smith (Calgary, AB). Scoffin went on to lose 10-4 against Lautner. Scoffin responded with a 6-2 win over Dustin Turcotte (Falher, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
