In their opening game, Watling defeated Heather Maxted (Teulon, MB) 8-3, then won 6-4 against Hanne Jensen (Dauphin, MB) and 9-4 against Ashley Groff (Carman, MB). Watling won 11-2 against Kylee Calvert (Carberry, MB). Watling went on to lose 7-0 against Rachel Burtnyk (Winnipeg, MB). Watling lost 7-2 to Brezden where Watling responded with a 11-5 win over Beth Peterson (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
