Sigfridsson won 7-5 against Andrea Schoepp (Garmisch-Partenkirchen, GER) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Le Gruyere European Curling Championships Championship title, Sigfridsson earned 45.000 world rankings points, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 6th place overall with 224.425 total points. Sigfridsson ranks 9th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 76.275 points earned so far this season.
