Geall finished 2-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Geall lost 8-7 to Dezura, then responded with a 5-4 win over Stephen Schneider (Vancouver, BC). Geall won 5-2 against Richard Brower (Vancouver, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
