Ott finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ott defeated Lorna Vevers (Stirling, SCO) 7-5, then won 8-6 against Anna Kubeskova (Praha, CZE) and 12-3 against Olga Zharkova (Kaliningrad, RUS). Ott went on to lose 8-6 against Anna Sidorova (Moscow, RUS). Ott lost 5-3 to Wang in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Glynhill Ladies International, Ott take home 12.600 world rankings points along with the $2,773CDN prize, remaining in 5th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 252.775 total points. Ott ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 131.375 points earned so far this season.
