To advance to the championship game, Tirinzoni won 6-5 over Anna Hasselborg (Gavle, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2013 Womens Masters Basel in Basel, Switzerland; and won 3-2 over Andrea Schoepp (Garmisch-Partenkirchen, GER) in the quarterfinals. of the 2013 Womens Masters Basel in Basel, Switzerland;

Tirinzoni finished 3-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Daniela Driendl (Fuessen, GER) 7-1, then won 9-3 against Isabelle Maillard (Lausanne, SUI) and 7-6 against Schoepp in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Womens Masters Basel Championship title, Tirinzoni earned 17.340 world rankings points along with the $11,345CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 11th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 142.791 total points. Tirinzoni ranks 11th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 33.630 points earned so far this season.
