Peter Stolt (St. Paul, MN) run at the 2013 St. Paul Cash Spiel came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-4 loss to Scott Ramsay (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2013 St. Paul Cash Spiel in St. Paul; Stolt advanced through the quarterfinals with a 5-4 win over Craig Brown (Madison, WI).
 
Stolt finished 3-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stolt lost 7-5 to Todd Birr (Blaine, MN), then responded with a 7-3 win over New York's Heath McCormick. Stolt won 8-0 against Mark Willmert (St. Paul, MN), then won 7-4 against Minnesota's Eric Fenson. Stolt went on to lose 6-4 against Jeff Currie (Thunder Bay, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Stolt earned 3.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the St. Paul Cash Spiel, moving up 422 spots the World Ranking Standings into 174th place overall with 3.500 total points. Stolt ranks 62nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 3.500 points earned so far this season.
