Peter Corner (Brampton, ON) won 6-2 over Charley Thomas (Calgary, AB) in the Final of the CookstownCash presented by Comco Canada Inc, held November 1 - 3, 2013 at the Cookstown Curling Club in Cookstown, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Corner won 6-1 over Ontario's Kevin Flewwelling in the semifinals of the 2013 CookstownCash presented by Comco Canada Inc in Cookstown, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-1 over Dale Matchett (Cookstown, ON) in the quarterfinals.

Corner finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Corner defeated Ontario's Chris Ciasnocha 6-5, then went on to lose 8-1 against Mike Jakubo (Sudbury, ON). Corner responded with a 7-2 win over Cory Heggestad (Orillia, ON). Corner won 5-1 against Michael Shepherd (Richmond Hill, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the CookstownCash presented by Comco Canada Inc Championship title, Corner earned 2.750 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 32 spots the World Ranking Standings into 117th place overall with 8.390 total points. Corner ranks 107th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.750 points earned so far this season.
