Aaron Squires (St. Thomas , ON) qualified for the 2013 Glendale Cash Spiel playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-4 against Ontario's Don Bowser.

Squires finished 3-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Squires lost 5-3 to Simon Ouellet (Hamilton, ON), then responded with a 5-4 win over Kris Blonski (Dundas, ON). Squires won 8-3 against Josh Johnston (Toronto, ON). Squires went on to lose 10-4 against Ontario's Nick Rizzo. Squires responded with a 8-0 win over Johnston in their final qualifying round match.

Squires earned 0.975 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Glendale Cash Spiel, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 103rd place overall with 10.025 total points. Squires ranks 61st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 8.825 points earned so far this season.
