Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste Marie, ON) won 7-4 over John Morris (Vernon, BC) in the Final Jacobs advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings, held December 1 - 8, 2013 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Jacobs finished 7-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacobs defeated Jeff Stoughton (Winnipeg, MB) 7-4, then won 7-5 against Mike McEwen (Winnipeg, MB) and 9-4 against Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB). Jacobs won 6-5 against Glenn Howard (Penetanguishene, ON), then won 8-6 against Morris and 5-4 against Kevin Martin (Edmonton, AB). Jacobs won 7-4 against John Epping (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings Championship title, Jacobs earned 50.000 world rankings points, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 1st place overall with 409.955 total points. Jacobs ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 205.525 points earned so far this season.
