Feltscher finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Feltscher defeated Eun Jung Kim ( Gyeongbuk Uiseong,, KOR) 4-3, then won 6-3 against Kai Tsuchiya (Miyota, JPN). Feltscher went on to lose 7-0 against Ogasawara. Feltscher responded with a 10-1 win over Shoko Watanabe (Tokyo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Kariuzawa International Championship title, Feltscher earned 11.250 world rankings points along with the $5,189CDN first prize cheque, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 22nd place overall with 105.738 total points. Feltscher ranks 19th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 67.085 points earned so far this season.
