Rui Liu (Harbin, CHN) qualified for the 2013 Vic Open playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Philippe Lemay (Trois-Rivieres, PQ). of the 2013 Vic Open in Quebec, Quebec, Canada;
