Steve Irwin (Brandon, MB) run at the 2013 Weatherford Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-4 loss to Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK). of the 2013 Weatherford Curling Classic in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada; Irwin advanced through the quarterfinals with a 6-4 win over Josh Heidt (Kerrobert, SK). of the 2013 Weatherford Curling Classic in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada;

Irwin won 6-2 against Brent Gedak (Estevan, SK), then won 5-4 against Randy Bryden (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Irwin earned 5.100 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Weatherford Curling Classic, moving up 14 spots the World Ranking Standings into 91st place overall with 15.731 total points. Irwin ranks 108th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 5.100 points earned so far this season.
