Scott Manners (North Battleford, SK) run at the 2013 Weatherford Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 5-4 loss to Rui Liu (Harbin, CHN). of the 2013 Weatherford Curling Classic in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada; Manners advanced through the quarterfinals with a 4-2 win over Joel Jordison (Regina, SK). of the 2013 Weatherford Curling Classic in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada;

Manners finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Manners defeated Jason Jacobson (Saskatoon, SK) 7-2, then won 6-5 against Randy Bryden (Regina, SK). Manners went on to lose 5-3 against Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK). Manners lost 8-3 to Liu where Manners responded with a 5-1 win over Rob Fowler (Brandon, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Manners earned 5.100 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Weatherford Curling Classic, moving up 29 spots the World Ranking Standings into 107th place overall with 12.120 total points. Manners ranks 69th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 10.100 points earned so far this season.
