Brian Lewis (Ottawa, ON) qualified for the 2013 Challenge Chateau Cartier de Gatineau playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Jean-Michel Menard (Gatineau, PQ).

Lewis responded with a 7-2 win over Wayne Tuck Jr. (Brantford, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Lewis earned 9.425 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Challenge Chateau Cartier de Gatineau, moving up 378 spots the World Ranking Standings into 106th place overall with 9.425 total points.
