Rob Fowler (Brandon, MB) qualified for the 2013 Cactus Pheasant Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-3 against Mike McEwen (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2013 Cactus Pheasant Classic in Brooks, Alberta;

Fowler finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fowler defeated Andrew Bilesky (New Westminster, BC) 6-2, then won 7-1 against Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB). Fowler went on to lose 4-1 against Sven Michel (Adelboden, SUI). Fowler responded with a 5-4 win over David Murdoch (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Fowler earned 15.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Cactus Pheasant Classic, moving up 4 spots the World Ranking Standings into 19th place overall with 92.975 total points. Fowler ranks 15th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 35.175 points earned so far this season.
