To advance to the championship game, Sidorova won 6-5 over Casey Scheidegger (Lethbridge, AB) in the semifinals of the 2013 Medicine Hat Charity Classic in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada; and won 6-2 over Glenys Bakker (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2013 Medicine Hat Charity Classic in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada;
Sidorova finished 4-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sidorova defeated Brett Barber (Biggar, SK) 8-2, then won 5-2 against Tiffany Game (Edmonton, AB). Sidorova went on to lose 8-3 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Nagano, JPN). Sidorova responded with a 8-5 win over Teryn Hamilton (Calgary, AB). Sidorova won 8-4 against Yoshimura in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Medicine Hat Charity Classic Championship title, Sidorova earned 8.950 world rankings points along with the $5,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 8th place overall with 164.285 total points. Sidorova ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 43.850 points earned so far this season.
