Minnesota's Miranda Solem won 7-6 over Minnesota's Cory Christensen in the Final of the USA Junior Womens Championship, held January 26 - February 2, 2013 in Wayland, Massachusetts.

In their opening game, Minnesota's Miranda Solem defeated Michigan's Alexis Schroeder 9-2, then won 11-3 against Washington's Shelby Sweet and 12-2 against Alaska's Kaitlin Fowler. Minnesota's Miranda Solem won 8-2 against North Dakota's Emily Brekke, then won 10-4 against Pennsylvania's Sarah Anderson.
