Greg Persinger (Fairbanks, AK) finished 3-6 in the 0-team qualifying round. . Persinger lost 10-2 to John Shuster (Duluth, MN) where Persinger responded with a 8-5 win over Brady Clark (Seattle, WA). Persinger went on to lose 7-1 against Mike Farbelow (Minneapolis, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Persinger earned 1.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 21 spots the World Ranking Standings into 159th place overall with 6.894 total points. Persinger ranks 130th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 5.419 points earned so far this season.
