Calvert lost 6-2 to Matt Dunstone (Winnipeg, MB) where Calvert responded with a 9-6 win over Sean Davidson (Portage La Prairie, MB). Calvert won 8-5 against Steffan Adamchuk (Swan River, MB), then won 11-9 against Jordan Smith (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
