Carolyn Suley (St. John's, NL) finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Suley defeated Lauren Newell (Stephenville, NL) 16-2, then won 10-2 against Meghan Kearley (St. John's, NL) and 11-2 against Kearley. Suley won 6-5 against Sarah Hill (St. John's, NL), then won 8-2 against Newell. Suley went on to lose 9-3 against Hill in their final qualifying round match.
