Caitlin Romain (Waterloo, ON) lost 6-3 to Jamie Sinclair (Manotic, ON) in the Final of the ON Pepsi Junior Women, held January 2 - 6, 2013 in London, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Romain won 5-4 over Chelsea Brandwood (Grimsby, ON) in the semifinals of the 2013 ON Pepsi Junior Women in London, Ontario;
 
Romain finished 6-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Romain defeated Brandwood 6-5, then won 8-6 against Casandra Raganold (Winchester, ON) and 8-4 against Kristina Adams (Peterborough, ON). Romain won 9-6 against Chantal Allan (London, ON), then won 8-4 against Kendall Haymes (Kitchener, ON) and 9-4 against Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON). Romain went on to lose 6-3 against Sinclair in their final qualifying round match.
