Rob Fowler (Brandon, MB) qualified for the 2013 Victoria Curling Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-3 against Jeff Stoughton (winnipeg, MB). of the 2013 Victoria Curling Classic in Victoria, British Columbia;

Fowler finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fowler lost 5-2 to Sweden's Oskar Eriksson, then responded with a 8-3 win over Neil Dangerfield (Victoria, BC). Fowler won 6-5 against David Murdoch (Aberdeen, SCO), then won 5-3 against Sven Michel (Adelboden, SUI) and 3-0 against Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Fowler earned 15.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Victoria Curling Classic, remaining in 11th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 180.395 total points. Fowler ranks 18th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 68.000 points earned so far this season.
