Eve Belisle (Montreal, PQ) lost 11-4 to Allisson Ross (Montreal, PQ) in the Final of the Quebec Scotties , held January 21 - 27, 2013 in Victoriaville, Quebec. To advance to the championship game, Belisle won 9-6 over Julie Hamel (Chicoutimi, PQ) in the semifinals of the 2013 Quebec Scotties in Victoriaville, Quebec;

Belisle finished 4-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Belisle lost 9-6 to Quebec's Sian Canavan, then responded with a 11-3 win over Brigitte Gosselin (Sherbrooke, PQ). Belisle won 11-3 against Melanie Bernier (Victoriaville, PQ), then won 8-7 against Marie-France Larouche (Levis, PQ) and 6-4 against Roxane Perron (Trois-Rivieres, PQ). Belisle went on to lose 8-5 against Ross. Belisle lost 7-6 to Hamel in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Quebec Scotties , Belisle take home 2.500 world rankings points. For week 24 of the event schedule, Belisle did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Belisle ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
