Jean-Michel Menard (Quebec, PQ) won 6-5 over Philippe Lemay (Trois-Rivieres, PQ) in the Final of the Quebec Tankard, held January 21 - 27, 2013 in Victoriaville, Quebec.

Menard finished 8-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Menard lost 8-3 to Steeve Gagnon (Rosemere, PQ), then responded with a 9-2 win over Pierre Gervais (Trois-Rivieres, PQ). Menard won 11-6 against William Dion (Drummondville, PQ), then won 10-4 against Nicolas Marceau (Quebec, PQ) and 9-5 against Guy Hemmings (Montreal, PQ). Menard won 6-5 against Lemay, then won 7-2 against Jean-Francois Royer (Montreal, PQ) and 6-5 against Robert Desjardins (Chicoutimi, PQ). Menard won 6-5 against Martin Ferland (Quebec, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Quebec Tankard Championship title, Menard earned 7.600 world rankings points, remaining in 16th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 135.935 total points. Menard ranks 16th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 64.965 points earned so far this season.
