Latvia's Iveta Stasa-Sarsune went on to lose 8-2 against Norway's Linn Githmark. Latvia's Iveta Stasa-Sarsune responded with a 8-4 win over Poland's Elzbieta Ran. Latvia's Iveta Stasa-Sarsune won 4-3 against Spain's Irantu Garcia, then won 8-7 against Slovakia's Daniela Matulova and 7-6 against Belarus's Ekaterina Kirillova. Latvia's Iveta Stasa-Sarsune won 7-6 against Austria's Karina Toth in their final qualifying round match.
