Drozdov won 7-5 against Brady Clark (Seattle, USA). Drozdov went on to lose 11-3 against Thomas Ulsrud (Oslo, NOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Drozdov earned 6.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 34 of the event schedule, Drozdov did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
