Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB) run at the 2013 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-4 loss to Rui Liu (Harbin, CHN). of the 2013 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown in Grande Prairie, Alberta; Koe advanced through the quarterfinals with a 3-2 win over Steve Laycock (Saskatoon, SK). of the 2013 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown in Grande Prairie, Alberta;

Koe finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe defeated Colin Griffith (Grande Prairie, AB) 6-4, then won 5-4 against Rob Fowler (Brandon, MB). Koe went on to lose 7-3 against Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE). Koe responded with a 4-3 win over Brad Gushue (St. John's, NL) in their final qualifying round match.

Koe earned 14.320 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Pomeroy Inn & Suites Prairie Showdown, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 1.72 after improving upon their best so far this season. Koe ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 218.000 points earned so far this season.
