In their opening game, Scheidegger defeated Taylore Theroux (Edmonton, AB) 7-1, then won 8-0 against Tiffany Game (Edmonton, AB) and 7-2 against Tanilla Doyle (Calgary, AB). Scheidegger won 6-1 against Brittany Gregor (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
