Moiseeva finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Moiseeva defeated Sarah Koltun (Whitehorse, YK) 7-3, then went on to lose 9-2 against Kim. Moiseeva responded with a 7-2 win over Japan's Sayaka Yoshimura. Moiseeva won 8-2 against Roberta Kuhn (Vernon, BC), then won 7-6 against Kirsten Fox (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
