Steeve Gagnon (Rosemere, PQ) qualified for the 2012 Vic Open playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-3 against Simon Dupuis (Buckingham, PQ). of the 2012 Vic Open in Quebec, Quebec, Canada;

Gagnon finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gagnon defeated Nicolas Marceau (Quebec, PQ) 7-1, then won 6-4 against Pascal Chouinard (Quebec, PQ). Gagnon went on to lose 7-4 against Philippe Lemay (Trois-Rivieres, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.
