Nedohin won 8-6 against Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON), then won 8-3 against Jones. Nedohin went on to lose 9-6 against Crystal Webster (Calgary, AB). Nedohin responded with a 10-8 win over Cathy Overton-Clapham (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
