Shumay responded with a 6-3 win over Saskatchewan's Deanne Miller-Jones. Shumay won 4-3 against Saskatchewan's Ros Stewart. Shumay went on to lose 9-6 against Jessie Kaufman (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 13 of the event schedule, Shumay did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 68th place on the World Ranking Standings with 12.860 total points. Shumay ranks 79th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.800 points earned so far this season.
