Sidorova went on to lose 10-6 against Italy's Diana Gaspari. Sidorova responded with a 7-5 win over Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN). Sidorova went on to lose 7-5 against Heather Nedohin (Edmonton, CAN). Sidorova responded with a 7-3 win over Sweden's Margaretha Sigfridsson. Sidorova went on to lose 7-2 against Allison Pottinger (St. Paul, USA). Sidorova responded with a 9-6 win over Linda Klimova (Prague, CZE). Sidorova went on to lose 7-3 against Korea's Ji-Sun Kim. Sidorova lost 6-4 to Mirjam Ott (Davos, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Sidorova earned 8.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 13th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 6.04 after improving upon their best so far this season. Sidorova ranks 10th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 90.820 points earned so far this season.
