Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB) lost 7-6 to Glenn Howard (Coldwater, ON) in the Final of the Tim Hortons Brier, held March 3 - 11, 2012 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Koe finished 8-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe defeated Jim Cotter (Kelowna, BC) 9-5, then won 9-4 against Terry Odishaw (Moncton, NB) and 9-2 against Robert Desjardins (Chicoutimi, PQ). Koe won 8-2 against Mike Gaudet (Charlottetown, PEI), then won 6-3 against Scott Manners (Battleford, SK) and 8-1 against Brad Gushue (St. John's, NL). Koe went on to lose 7-6 against Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste. Marie, NONT). Koe responded with a 11-3 win over Jamie Koe (Yellowknife, Y/NWT). Koe went on to lose 8-5 against Rob Fowler (Brandon, MB). Koe responded with a 8-3 win over Jamie Murphy (Halifax, NS). Koe went on to lose 6-3 against Howard in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Tim Hortons Brier, Koe take home 35.000 world rankings points. For week 30 of the event schedule, Koe did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Koe ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
